Online reservations
- Details: Please indicate the total number of guests aged 3 years and older. If you have children under 3 years old travelling with you, please metion it in the box: message to the owner.
- Payment instructions: For our direct online booking system, bookings are only confirmed once you have received the booking confirmation email. The deposit for all direct bookings is 100%. Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, this confirmation is subject to the same conditions of old-fashioned reservations (step 2).
Old-fashioned reservations
- After receiving your booking request, we will check if the chosen dates are still available. You will receive a booking confirmation from us with the details of your request and the method of payment. With each reservation you accept the general terms and conditions.
- The deposit for all bookings is 100% and must be received within 2 weeks after sending the booking confirmation. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation that your reservation is final. If no deposit is received within 2 weeks, we will send you a reminder. From that moment on, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and make the accommodation available to other guests.
Cancellation

- Unfortunately, we cannot refund unused nights. If you arrive later or leave earlier than planned, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- In case you are no longer allowed to travel due to the current measures against coronavirus (travel ban, border closures, …), we offer you the choice between a full refund in cash or a credit voucher for a future stay (where the terms and conditions are more flexible than the standard mentioned above).
Cancellation by us
- Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we’ll contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full and we will do our best to find you an alternative accommodation of similar quality.
Change of room
- If a booking is taken out for a specific room and the room reserved is required to meet a specific guest needs or rendered unusable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room of similar quality.
Pets
- We love animals and are happy to welcome your pets. Please note that this can only be allowed after prior consultation with us and that a surcharge may apply.
Payments
- Payments on site can be made in cash, by instant bank transfer or by credit card.
During your stay
Parking
- In the village there are several parking possibilities nearby. Unfortunately we do not have a private parking. In any case, we’d be happy to help you carry your luggage.
Arrival & departure
- The rooms are accessible from 16:00 o’clock. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 o’clock, please give us a call.
- We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 11:00 o’clock on the day of departure. Exceptions are possible after consultation.
Housekeeping
- As we are committed to preserving our environment and wish to respect your privacy during your stay, the rooms will not be cleaned and the linen will not be changed unless you wish us to do so. We provide what we consider suitable for a typical 2-3 night stay. If you are enjoying an extended stay or if you have any additional needs, we’ll be happy to take care of it.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside La Caminada Vielha.
Damage and breakages
- Please take care and respect our home. In case of accidental damage, this can happen. Please report it to us immediately to avoid further damage. In case of obvious misuse, we nevertheless reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement of damaged or missing items.
Liability
- We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or theft of possessions nor injuries to any member of your party, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Accomodation for horses
- Behind our bed & breakfast there is a plot available where horses or donkeys can be stalled during your stay. Please note that neither La Caminada Vielha nor the owner of this plot will take any responsibility in case of problems. Please contact us in any case if you wish to make use of it.
Termination policy
- We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny the tenant(s) access to our house as a result of unacceptable or dangerous behaviour as well as insulting others. The tenant(s) may be asked to leave immediately after settlement of outstanding accounts. In this case, unused nights will not be compensated.b

- We’d be more than happy to arrange a pick-up service if you wish. We can currently transport up to 4 people at a time. Please inquire when booking your stay. Check below for some of the possible options and rates.

Luggage transfer
- We’ll gladly arrange a luggage transfer for guests walking or biking. Rates may vary depending upon other guests making use of this service. Please inquire when booking your stay.
Lost property
- We are happy to return items that have been left after departure with a minimum charge to cover postage and packaging.s
