Regarding reservations
By filling in all the details on our Central Reservations page, you’ll get all the available rooms that match your request. On the same page, you can consult the individual calendars for a better overall view.
You can book directly on our website or contact us. That way, you can be sure of getting the best price.
At the moment we do not have connecting rooms. The family room “Terre Eternelle” consists of two separated rooms but is rented as a unit.
Personally, we wouldn’t recommend it. The street we live on is quite steep and all our rooms were on the second floor.
Unfortunately we do not offer extra beds. The maximum number of occupants (>3 years) is specified in the description of each room.
We have some baby cots available, subject to availability. This equipment can be booked at the same time as the room. This service is free of charge.
We have pets of our own and will be happy to welcome yours after consultation.

Regarding transport

Unfortunately, we do not have a private car park. It is possible to unload luggage in front of the door. Then there are a few public places about 30m before arriving at our house, otherwise you have to park on the village square.
Please note: In case of snow, we strongly recommend that you park in the village square, otherwise you risk being stranded! If necessary, we can always help you with your luggage!
It is currently possible to park your motorbikes or bicycles on the ground floor of the house. For motorbikes, the absolute maximum is 4 (depending on size).
Sorry, since we don’t have a private car park, we also don’t have a charging station, and there aren’t any in the village either. For the moment, the nearest public terminal is 30 minutes away (Ax-Les-Thermes).
Regarding your stay
Arrival time is 16h00. If you plan to arrive after 22h00, please contact us before.
The departure time is 11:00. Exceptions are possible after consultation.
Yes, we do offer table d’hôtes, after reservation at least the day before to take into account any allergies. We do this every day except Thursdays from June to September!
We can also prepare a sandwich or packed lunch for you to take away!
You can pay on site by cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card or Payal.
Near Montaillou there is a grocery shop, bakery and butcher’s shop where you will find basic products.
There are not many restaurants in the area, so they are often fully booked. It is therefore strongly recommended to book in advance.
We have a few pairs of snowshoes and sledges for hire. Skis, snowboards, mountain bikes and donkeys can be found nearby.
